Prayer

Prayer is having a conversation with God; it involves speaking and listening. We listen to God through his Word in Scripture but also as the Holy Spirit leads us as individuals. Praying is obedience. God commands us to pray for our own benefit (Philippians 4:6-7) and God commands us to be intercessors for others in prayer (1 Timothy 2:1).
At The Sanctuary, we believe in the power of prayer to change our hearts as we pray in obedience and we believe in the power of prayer to change the lives of others as we pray on their behalf.

Life is better when lived together. It is very difficult to walk this road alone. At The Sanctuary, we want to bridge the gap. We want to ensure that those who attend the church are connected and can get prayer, help or support when they need it. We are intentional about staying in contact with you and your family. It is our way of saying the community is important and we want to make sure you are well taken care of. God has called us to walk this life together.
